6 CD changer - AM/FM/Cassette
stereo. CD's jammed, will not accept or eject, intermittent CD, or CD Error FO. Audio Finisher Board - AC controls are dead, AC controls do not respond, and/or stereo does not power on. Dealership says, "Audio Finisher Board problem." This is a stereo problem. New Audio Finisher Board ($600-700) to do it yourself, does not repair the AC controls. Infiniti G35 battery drain - Battery may go dead with the car sitting over night, or within one to two days? Dealership says possibly Body Control Module? Try pulling "Radio" fuse under hood near car battery to test over night. If battery is fine, this is a stereo problem. Remove ALL CD's from the stereo, package well before shipping. With CD's left in the changer or the stereo not packaged well damage may occur during shipping. Repair rate ranges depending on above problems, $185-345. NOTE - AC controls work, but AC does not blow cold until adjusted to 60 degrees? This problem is covered in our stereo removal guide. |
