Mazda 3 Front Door Speaker Removal and Replacement Mazda 3 Front Door Speaker Removing and Installing 1.1) Gently pry screw cover from door handle cavity. 2.1) Remove exposed screw. 3.1) Gently pull leading edge of insert panel away from door and forward to release. 4.1) Release panel from door handle. 4.2) Release trigger on connector to disconnect and set panel to side. 5.1) Gently pry top panel from door releasing clips. 6.1) Pull panel down for access. 7.1) Release tweet from panel and set panel to side. Allow tweeter to hang. 8.1) Gently pry cover up from door handle cavity. 9.1) Remove exposed screw. 10.1) Pull bottom of door panel from door releasing clips. 10.2) Work your way up front and back of door panel releasing clips. 11.1) Pull rear edge of door panel up out of window jam. Pull bottom of panel away from door so door open handle clears door panel opening. 11.2) Pull front edge of door panel up out of window jam. 12.1) Pull door panel forward, release triggers on connectors at control panel to release. 13.1) Remove screws securing car stereo speaker to door panel and remove. 14.1) Before installation of door panel, check door for clips not removed with door panel. 14.2) Gently pry clips from door. 15.1) Insert clips back on to door panel. See Speaker Phasing above.
Mazda 3 Rear Speaker Removal and Installation Mazda 3 How to Remove and Replace Rear Door Speaker 1.1) Gently pry screw cover from door handle cavity. 2.1) Remove exposed screw. 3.1) Gently pull leading edge of insert panel away from door and forward to release. 4.1) Release panel from door handle. 5.1) Gently pry cover up from door handle cavity. 6.1) Remove exposed screw. 7.1) Gently pry up on back of control panel releasing clips. 8.1) Pull panel back from front edge releasing front panel hook from door panel. 9.1) Release trigger on connector to remove. Set panel to side. 10.1) Pull bottom of door panel from door releasing clips. 11.1) Work your way up front and back of door panel releasing clips. 12.1) Pull rear edge of door panel up out of window jam. Pull bottom of panel away from door so door open handle clears door panel opening. 12.2) Pull front edge of door panel up out of window jam. 13.1) Remove screws securing car stereo speaker to door panel and remove. 14.1) Before installation of door panel, check door for clips not removed with door panel. 14.2) Gently pry clips from door. 15.1) Insert clips back on to door panel.
