Mazda 6 How to Remove and Install Front Door Speaker Mazda 6 Removing and Replacing Front Door Panel Speaker 1.1) Gently pry screw cover from door open cavity. 2.1) Remove exposed screw. 3.1) Pull leading edge of panel away from door and forward over door open handle to remove. 4.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect, set panel to side. 5.1) From hand hold on arm rest, gently push bottom material to side to expose screw. 5.2) Remove exposed screw. 6.1) Gently pull courtesy light lens cover from door. 7.1) Remove exposed screw in courtesy light cavity. 8.1) Gently pry small panel from leading edge of door. 9.1) Starting at bottom leading edge of door panel, pull panel from door releasing clips. 10.1) Work along bottom of panel and up both sides releasing all clips. 11.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam followed by leading edge of panel. 12.1) Pull panel away from door for access to triggers on connectors at control panel to disconnect. 13.1) Release courtesy light from door panel and set panel to side. 14.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door and remove.
