Nissan Maxima Car Audio - Car Radio Removal
How to Remove Nissan Maxima Car Stereo 1.1) Pry bottom left corner of upper dash trim panel from dash releasing clips. All clips release with pry pressure. 2.1) Pry upper left corner of upper dash trim panel releasing clips. 3.1) Pry upper right corner of upper dash trim panel releasing clips. 4.1) Pry bottom right corner of upper dash trim panel releasing clips. 5.1) Pull panel from dash for access to back side. 6.1) Squeeze trigger on first connector into connector to release and remove. 7.1) Release trigger on second connector to disconnect and remove. 8.1) Release trigger on third connector to disconnect and remove. 9.1) Remove upper dash trim panel and set to side. 10.1) Remove one exposed screw top right securing lower dash trim panel. 11.1) Place a protective towel or sheet on center console to protect from scratches. 11.2) Remove one exposed screw top left securing lower dash trim panel. 12.1) Pry along right side of lower dash trim panel releasing clips. 13.1) Pry along edges of lower dash trim panel releasing all clips. 14.1) Pull lower dash trim panel forward for access to back of panel. 14.2) Release triggers on connectors to disconnect and remove. 14.3) Remove panel and set to side. 15.1) Remove bottom left mounting screw. 16.1) Remove bottom right mounting screw. 17.1) Remove top left mounting screw. 18.1) Remove top right mounting screw. 19.1) Pull car stereo from dash. 20.1) Squeeze trigger into connector to release and remove. 21.1) Squeeze trigger into connector to release and remove. 22.1) Squeeze trigger into connector to release and remove. 23.1) Squeeze trigger into connector to release and remove. 24.1) Squeeze trigger into connector to release and remove. 25.1) There are obviously many connectors on this car stereo. Release triggers on all connectors to disconnect. All connectors are "Keyed" and will mate to only one spot when reinstalling. 26.1) Remove car stereo.

DIY How to Remove Nissan Maxima Bose Amplifier 1.1) Bose amplifier is located in trunk. 1.2) Remove clips along edge of panel in trunk at bottom of rear package shelf. 1.3) Panel will drop down for access to amplifier. 2.1) Amplifier is bolted to mounting plate on bottom of rear package shelf. 2.1) Remove four mounting bolts from amplifier. 2.3) Remove two connectors on amplifier and remove.
