Nissan Murano Front Door Panel Speaker Removal 1.1) At arm rest... 2.1) Gently lift back of arm rest up releasing clips. All clips release with pressure. 3.1) Gently lift front of arm rest releasing clips. 4.1) Remove arm rest and set to side. 5.1) Remove screw exposed from arm rest removal. 6.1) Gently pry insert trim panel from hand hold releasing clips. 7.1) Remove insert panel and set to side. 8.1) Remove one lower screw from insert panel cavity. 9.1) Remove one upper screw from insert panel cavity. 10.1) Below door open handle, pry small cover from door panel. 11.1) Remove exposed screw from small cover cavity. 12.1) Gently pry back panel from door open handle cavity. 13.1) Remove one exposed screw from door open handle cavity. 14.1) Gently pry bottom back edge of door panel from door releasing clips. 15.1) Grasp bottom edge of door panel. 16.1) Work your way along bottom of door panel then up front and back of door panel releasing clips. 17.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam followed by forward edge of door panel. Pull door panel slightly away from door for rear access. 18.1) Locate door handle linkage cable. 19.1) Pull light gray end of cable from notch in door panel to release cable. Pull end of cable around to release end from notch. 20.1) Locate second cable on door panel. 21.1) Pull light gray end of cable from notch in door panel to release cable. Pull end of cable around to release end from notch. 22.1) Follow wire bundle from door to door panel to locate connector. 23.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect and release. 24.1) Remove door panel and set to side. 25.1) Remove screws securing speaker and trim panel to door panel. Or remove screws securing speaker to trim panel on door. 26.1) Remove all screws securing speaker to door. 27.1) Remove speaker, release trigger on connector to disconnect and remove. 28.1) Pull connector from speaker opening to gain any extra wire length. 29.1) Check aftermarket speaker depth, be sure window range in vehicle is not impeded. 30.1) Install aftermarket speaker.
Nissan Murano Rear Door Panel Speaker Removal and Installation 1.1) Gently pry insert trim panel from hand hold releasing clips. All clips release with pressure. Remove panel and set to side. 2.1) Remove one lower screw from insert panel cavity. 3.1) Remove one upper screw from insert panel cavity. 4.1) Below door open handle, pry small cover from door panel. 5.1) Remove exposed screw from small cover cavity. 6.1) Gently pry insert trim panel from door handle cavity. 7.1) Remove insert trim panel from door handle cavity. 8.1) Remove one exposed screw from door open handle cavity. 9.1) Gently pry control panel from door panel. 10.1) Remove control panel from door. Pull light gray end of cable from lock on panel to release. Turn end of cable to release from lock and release. Set small panel to side. 11.1) Gently pry back edge of arm rest panel up releasing clips. 12.1) Lift front edge of arm rest panel up releasing clips, remove arm rest and set to side. 13.1) Remove one exposed screw from arm rest removal. 14.1) Gently pry bottom back edge of door panel from door releasing clips. 15.1) Grasp bottom edge of door panel. 16.1) Pull edge of door panel from door releasing all clips along bottom and up front and rear edges of door panel. 17.1) Lift door panel up out of window jam to release door panel from door. 18.1) Pull top edge of door panel away from door for access to door handle cable. Pull light gray end of cable from lock on door panel to release. 19.1) Turn end of cable to release from lock and release. 20.1) At front edge of door panel, locate tweeter and wire connector. Release trigger on connector to disconnect. 21.1) At top of door panel, release trigger on connector to disconnect. Remove door panel and set to side. 22.1) Locate speaker wire connector on speaker. 23.1) Release trigger on connector at speaker to disconnect. 24.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door panel. 25.1) Remove speaker from door panel.
