Pontiac Sunfire Car Stereo Removal and Replacement

Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 1.1) Open glove box.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 2.1) Remove exposed screw at top of side panel.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 3.1) Remove exposed screw at bottom of side panel.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 4.1) Set parking brake and shift to lower gear.
4.2) Gently pull dash panel slightly forward.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 5.1) Push panel toward glove box, this will release two locking pins on left side of trim panel.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 6.1) Remove dash trim panel and set to side.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 7.1) Remove one screw on right of car stereo.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 8.1) Remove two screws on left of car stereo.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 9.1) Gently pull car stereo from dash.
Bose Gold and Bose Silver Repair and Removal 10.1) Remove antenna and release trigger on connector to disconnect.

IMPORTANT - There are two (2) yellow*, two (2) gray and two (2) brown wires in this harness. Locate the +12 volt constant wire first. Label it or splice to constant wire on aftermarket stereo first. Swapping yellow wires will cause damage to any aftermarket stereo. Check fuses if your unable to find +12 volts.
