Saturn L200 and LW200 Front Speaker Removal

How To Saturn L200 Front Speaker Removal Instructions

1) Remove screws from bottom of door panel.
1) Gently pry small insert panel from door panel hand hold.
1) Remove exposed screw from bottom of door panel hand hold panel removal.
1) Reach up into opening from door panel hand hold panel removal and push window switch out of panel.
1) Release small trigger on connector to remove window switch.
1) Remove exposed screw from window switch removal.
1) Gently pry triangular panel from door above door panel.
1) Removed exposed screw from triangular panel removal at top of door panel.
1) Gently pry tweeter speaker grill cover from door panel.
1) Remove exposed screw at right of tweeter.
1) Gently pull hand hold panel assembly from door panel.
1) Turn panel down to allow access to tweeter.
1) Gently pry tweeter speaker from door panel insert and set panel to side.
2) Remove door panel, releasing clips from door panel by starting at the bottom of panel and working your way up both sides and lift panel up out of window jam.
3) Remove door panel and set to side.
1) Remove screws securing speaker to door panel.
2) When replacing speaker, you will most likely have to drill new holes for mounting. Most aftermarket speakers do not have a three bolt pattern that matches to factory bolt pattern.
1) Before re-installing door panel, check to be sure all white panel pins were removed with door panel.
1) With pliers, pry door panel pin from door.
1) Reinsert panel pin into slot on door panel and re-install door panel in reverse order.

How to Saturn L200 and LW200 Rear Speaker Removal Instruction

1) Gently pry screw cover at bottom of hand hold.
1) Remove exposed screw after removing screw cover cap.
1) Gently pry small speaker grill from door panel.
1) Remove exposed screw from speaker cover cavity.
1) Gently pry triangular panel from back of door above door panel.
1) Gently pry window switch from door panel.
1) Remove exposed screw from window switch cavity.
1) Pull this panel from door. This panel MUST be supported till door panel is released because wires for window control switch run through this panel. It can not be disconnected until panel is released.
1) Release bottom and sides of door panel, release clips from door panel by starting at the bottom of panel and working your way up both sides.
2) Reach behind panel, follow window switch control wires to connector.
3) Release trigger on connector and disconnect, pull window switch wires through opening on door panel and set insert panel to side.
1) Remove door panel, pull panel out at  door open handle cavity lifting panel up out of window jam allowing door panel to clear over door open handle.
1) Remove screws securing speaker to door panel.
