Toyota Tundra Front Speaker Removal and Replacement Toyota Tundra Front Speaker Removal 1.1) Remove one screw from door open handle cavity. 2.1) At top of door panel, pry screw cover from door panel. 3.1) Remove exposed screw. 4.1) From front of door panel, pry screw cover from door panel. 5.1) remove exposed screw. 6.1) Pry open screw covers inside door pull handle cavity. 7.1) Both covers open from the outside, cover hinges to middle of handle assembly. 8.1) Remove exposed screws. 9.1) With flat head screw driver, gently pry top edge of door handle trim panel up from door lock switch. 10.1) Pry bottom edge of door handle trim panel down from door open handle. 11.1) Release back edge of trim panel and pull toward back of door panel to release from door. 12.1) Gently pry bottom edge of door panel from door. 13.1) Work you way up the front and rear edges of door panel releasing clips. 14.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam. 14.2) Then lift front edge of door panel from window jam. 15.1) Release all connectors at control panel by releasing trigger on connector and disconnect. 16.1) Release trigger on courtesy light connector and disconnect. 16.2) Remove door panel. 17.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door. 18.1) Before reinstallation of door panel, check door for any clips that were not removed with door panel. 18.2) Gently pry clips from door panel. 19.1) Remove clip/s from door panel. 20.1) Slide clips back onto door panel in corresponding locations. 20.2 Reinstall door panel.
Toyota Tundra Rear Speaker Removal and Install Toyota Tundra Rear Speaker Removal 1.1) Open side window and lock open. 2.1) Remove one screw from door open handle cavity. 3.1) With flat head screw driver, gently pry top edge of door handle trim panel up from door lock switch. 4.1) Pry bottom edge of door handle trim panel down from door open handle. 5.1) Release back edge of trim panel and pull toward back of door panel to release from door. 6.1) Remove one screw in arm rest cavity. 7.1) Pull entire door panel from door releasing all clips. 8.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door. 9.1) Before reinstallation of door panel, check door for any clips that were not removed with door panel. 9.2) Gently pry clips from door panel. 10.1) Slide clips back onto door panel in corresponding locations. 10.2) Reinstall door panel.
