Rear door speakers and subwoofer intermittent, static or do
not work? There is a water leak in this vehicle. Rear subwoofer enclosure
houses the Bose amplifier for rear speakers and subwoofer which can become
submerged in water. Carefully drill a hole at the lowest point in the bottom of the subwoofer enclosure. This will allow water to drain. |

| 93 Audi S4 - No Left Front output from Bose speaker. | This is a reoccurring problem with the Left Front speaker not having any
sound. We have found the stereo and Bose amplifier to be in working
condition when sent for bench test and repair. There may be a wire problem
from the amplifier to the speaker. If your stereo is experiencing this problem,
please bring it by, no charge, and we will post new instruction help for this
problem. Thank you. |

| 2000 +/- S4 - Poor AM Reception | One strange problem
with this system, the screws securing the antenna amplifier were loose.
Tightening the mounting screw completed the ground circuit and took care of
the problem. The Antenna Amplifier is located on the rear driver's side roof
pillar, behind the panel. |

factory phone was not installed) had a short. The cable was pinched through
the center console. Causing the phone mute feature to activate. We do not
