Acura TL and CL Car Stereo Removal, Replace and Install
Acura TL Removing and Installing Car Stereo 1.1) Starting at right side of dash, gently pry edge of trim panel from dash releasing clip. All clips release with pressure. 2.1) Work down the edge of the trim panel releasing clips. 3.1) Work across top of AC controls releasing clips. 4.1) Gently pry trim panel along left side of car stereo releasing clip. 5.1) Gently pry trim panel along right side of car stereo releasing clip. 6.1) Gently pry at bottom of trim panel on right releasing clip. 7.1) Gently pry at bottom of trim panel on left releasing clip. 8.1) Pull entire trim panel slightly away from dash for access to rear of AC controls. 9.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect first connector. 10.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect second connector. 11.1) Remove entire trim panel and set to side. 12.1) Remove one screw top right of car stereo mounting trim. 13.1) Remove one screw bottom right of car stereo mounting trim. 14.1) Remove one screw top left of car stereo mounting trim. 15.1) Remove one screw bottom left of car stereo mounting trim. 16.1) Pull car stereo from dash. 17.1) Release trigger on main connector to disconnect. 18.1) Release trigger on smaller connector to disconnect. 19.1) Remove antenna from car stereo. 20.1) Remove car stereo.
