Chevy Blazer How to Remove and Install Front Speaker Chevy Blazer How to Remove and Replace Front Door Speaker 1.1) At hand hold cavity, lift edge of insert panel. 2.1) Remove insert panel and set to side. 3.1) Remove two screw from hand hold cavity. 4.1) Remove one screw at top front edge of door panel. Note - Tweeter in this picture is no from factory. 5.1) Pull door open handle for access to plastic screw on insert panel. Note - This is a plastic screw, use very little forward pressure on screw to remove. 6.1) Gently pry edge of insert panel from door panel. 7.1) Remove insert panel. 8.1) On back of insert panel, locate door linkage securing hole lock. 9.1) Locate end of door linkage. End of door linkage mates to securing hole lock on panel when reinstalling. 9.2) Set insert panel to side. 10.1) Pry front top edge of control panel from door panel releasing clip. All clips release with pressure. 11.1) With front top edge of control panel released, pull control panel forward to release back of panel. 12.1) Pull control panel from door for access to back of panel. 13.1) On connector, pull latch away from lock to release and remove. 14.1) On connector, squeeze trigger into connector to release and remove. 15.1) Remove control panel and set to side. 16.1) At top front edge of door panel pry panel from door. 17.1)  Pull edge of panel back to release clip. 18.1) Pry back bottom edge of door panel from door releasing clips. 19.1) Pry along bottom edge of door panel to front of door panel releasing clips. 19.2) Pry up front and rear edges of door panel releasing all clips. 20.) Pull bottom edge of door panel away from door verifying all clips have been released. 21.1) Grasp edge of trim panel at door handle opening. 22.1) Pull trim panel from door panel. 23.1) Remove trim panel and set to side. 24.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam.25 25.1) Lift front edge of door panel up out of window jam. 27..1) Remove door panel and set to side. 28.1) Check door for any remaining door panel clips. 29.1) Pry remaining door panel clips from door to remove. 30.1) Place clips into slots on door panel ready for reinstallation. 31.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door. 31.2) Remove speaker. 32.1) When reinstalling insert panel and plastic screw anchor, remove anchor from panel. 33.1) Install insert panel, align securing hole with end of linkage. 34.1) Insert plastic screw anchor. 35.1) Insert plastic screw. 36.1) Push plastic screw into anchor to lock.
