Chrysler Pacifica Front Speaker Removal and Install Chrysler Pacifica Speaker Removal 1.1) Roll window down, it will aid in door panel removal in later steps. 1.2) Gently pry screw cover panel from inside door open handle cavity, start at back edge of cover. 2.1) Screw cover will swing out to expose screw. 2.2) Remove exposed screw. 3.1) From inside below hand hold on door panel, gently pry screw cover from panel. 4.1) Remove exposed screw. 5.1) Starting at bottom of door panel, gently pry panel from door releasing panel clips. 6.1) Work up both sides of door panel releasing panel clips. 7.1) Pull door panel up out of window jam. 8.1) Pull door panel slightly from door. 8.2) Release connector at top front edge of door panel for tweeter speaker. 9.1) Door lock and door handle cables remove the same. 9.2) Pull on white part of cable to release from lock, this will snap back into place during reinstallation. 10.1) With cable released from lock, swing cable to allow end to align with release groove and lift up to release. 10.2) Repeat for both cables. 11.1) Release triggers on connectors to control panel on door and disconnect. 12.1) Release triggers on connectors at bottom corner of door panel. 13.1) Release triggers on remaining connectors and disconnect. 13.2) Remove door panel. 14.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door panel.
Chrysler Pacifica Rear Speaker Removal and Install Chrysler Pacifica Rear Speaker Removal 1.1) Roll window down, it will aid in door panel removal in later steps. 1.2) Gently pry screw cover panel from inside door open handle cavity, start at back edge of cover. 2.1) Screw cover will swing out to expose screw. 2.2) Remove exposed screw. 3.1) From inside below hand hold on door panel, gently pry screw cover from panel. 4.1) Remove exposed screw. 5.1) Starting at bottom of door panel, gently pry panel from door releasing panel clips. 6.1) Work up both sides of door panel releasing panel clips. 7.1) Pull door panel slightly from door. 7.2) Release connector at top front edge of door panel for tweeter speaker. 8.1) Door lock and door handle cables remove the same. 8.2) Pull on white part of cable to release from lock, this will snap back into place during reinstallation. 9.1) With cable released from lock, swing cable to allow end to align with release groove and lift up to release. 9.2) Repeat for both cables. 10.1) Release triggers on remaining connectors on door panel and disconnect. 11.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door panel.
