Ford Stereo Removal Tools

   
Ford Din Tools - Ford Stereo Removal 1) Insert "Din tools" into holes on both sides of radio.
2) Push tools slightly to the outside of the car stereo, this releases the lock mechanism, pushing them to the side of the car stereo.
3) Pull unit forward from dash.
4) Remove antenna and connectors.

Lincoln Navigator How to Remove Front Speaker and Door Panel

Passenger Door Panel

(Driver's Door Panel Below)

Removing Speaker, Replacement an Installation 1.1) Remove top panel by pulling top edge from door releasing one clip.
1.2) Pull panel up, releasing two pins.
1.3) Remove one screw exposed from panel removal.
Removing Speaker, Replacement an Installation 2.1) Remove panels from both ends of door pull.
2.2) Remove two exposed screws.
Removing Speaker, Replacement an Installation 3.1) Lift control panel from door by prying from front edge.
3.2) Pull panel forward releasing two rear guides.
3.3) Disconnect connectors.
Removing Speaker, Replacement an Installation 4.1) Unsnap panel from around door handle.
4.2) Lift door panel straight up, releasing door panel hooks.
4.3) Feed door handle and small panel through door panel.
4.4) Disconnect courtesy light connector.
4.5) Door has 5" x 7" speaker.

Removing Speaker, Replacement an Installation 5.1) Remove panels from both ends of door pull.
5.2) Remove two exposed screws.
Removing Speaker, Replacement an Installation 6.1) Lift control panel from door by prying from front edge.
6.2) Pull panel forward releasing two rear guides.
6.3) Disconnect connectors.

8.2) Lift door panel straight up, releasing door panel hooks.
8.3) Feed door handle and small panel through door panel.
8.4) Disconnect courtesy light connector.
8.5) Door has 5" x 7" speaker.

1.2) Remove plastic mat at bottom of pocket.
