How to Remove Mitsubishi Raider Front Door Speaker Instruction Guide

	How to Remove Mitsubishi Raider Front Door Speaker
	1.1) At door handle cavity, gently pry leading edge of small cover.
	2.1) Swing cover to side for access.
	3.1) Remove exposed screw.
	4.1) Under handle on arm rest, remove one screw.
	5.1) Remove one screw bottom front edge of door panel.
	6.1) Remove one screw bottom back edge of door panel.
	7.1) Insert pry tool at back edge of control panel.
	8.1) Push pry tool in under panel to release clip.
	9.1) Grasp back edge of control panel.
	10.1) Pull control panel back to release front edge.
	11.1) Remove control panel from arm rest cavity.
	12.1) Squeeze trigger on first connector into connector to release and remove.
	13.1) Squeeze trigger on second connector into connector to release and remove.
	14.1) Squeeze trigger on third connector into connector to release and remove.
	15.1) Remove control panel and set to side.
	16.1) Pry top edge of triangular panel from door releasing clip. Clip releases with pry pressure.
	17.1) Pull edge of triangular panel away from door and hold.
	18.1) Grasp door handle and pull entire door panel up to release.
	19.1) Lift door panel up to release over door lock.
	20.1) Pull top edge of door panel back for access and locate door open handle linkage.
	21.1) Locate lock at end of linkage.
	22.1) Swing lock to side to release from linkage.
	23.1) Remove end of linkage from slot. 23.2) Remove door panel and set to side.
	24.1) Check door at triangular panel location for panel clip.
	25.1) Pry clip from door.
	26.1) Place clip into slot of door panel ready for reinstallation. Note - When reinstalling door panel, hooks on back of door panel mate to slots on door. Guide door lock through door panel and push panel down to lock onto door.
	27.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door. Note - for determining aftermarket installation polarity of speaker wires (+ & -) for correct hook up see Speaker Phasing above.

	How to Remove and Replace Rear Side Speaker
	1.1) Grasp cover on seat belt restraint.
	2.1) Pull cover to remove.
	3.1) Remove 50T Torx securing screw.
	4.1) Remove seat belt.
	5.1) Lay seat belt to floor.
	6.1) Grasp top edge of back panel across the back of vehicle. 6.2) Pull panel to release clips.
	7.1) Continue across panel releasing all clips. 7.2) Panel will have to be bowed to remove from vehicle. 7.3) Pry all clips that remained along the back of the vehicle and place them into the slots on the back of the panel removed ready for reinstallation.
	8.1) Grasp bottom edge of upper panel above panel with speaker grill, pull to release clips, pull panel down to release top of panel and remove.
	9.1) When reinstalling side panel, rubber weather stripping needs to be pulled over edge of panel.
	10.1) At door jam, pull up lower panel releasing clips.
	11.1) Grasp top edge of lower side panel and pull to release clips.
	12.1) Pull panel back from side of vehicle and lay on rear seat.
	13.1) When reinstalling side panel, rubber weather stripping needs to be pulled over edge of panel.
	14.1) Remove screws securing speaker to remove.
