		1) Remove six screw/clips along panel. Loosen screw and remove entire clip assembly. 2) Remove panel.
		1) Pull carpet back. 2) Pull side panel away releasing clips.
		1) Remove three screws securing amplifier to side panel. 2) Lift assembly up to release hook.
		1) Remove amplifier from bracket.
